This is the sought after largest q45 throttle body which always advertised as 90mm although they measure about 80mm inside diameter. Nissan Japan part number 16119-67U05. I did not want to falsely advertise as others do so just wanted clear that up. This thing is ready to go, the part numbers can be confusing so I will list them here.
