This is an oem Toyota Lexus throttle body for SC300 5-speed manual vehicles. Only about 12k miles on the new taps sensor. It cannot be used to directly replace an SC300 automatic throttle body that came with trac. A brand new oem Toyota taps throttle position sensor was installed on this part in early good working idle air control valve.

Can also be used on Toyota supra base non-turbo 5-speed manual model's same specification for those cars. Without traction control no factory Lexus SC300 5-speed manual cars ever came with. Unless what you want to do is remove or otherwise disable traction control, such as for a manual transmission swap. Included is also the oem throttle cable, lower mounting bracket and long upper bolts to affix intake manifold this body lacks any factory trac aka traction control provisions.
